When you sign up, you benefit from our constantly updating platform, so that you would know any changes to tax, duty, and other important details that you, as the customer, must know.


If you require special services, having trouble deciding, or otherwise, we can personalize one of the packages to better suit you!

SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST


Here you will provide basic shipment details and upload required documents

 

Required documents:

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Bill of lading

  • Tax Identification Number

Your Agent works for you​

Your agent will review your submission and notify you in real time if any further documents or information are required. They will continue to keep you updated on the status of your shipment and we encourage any questions along the way.

After suitable submissions and verifications are made, payment is requested for:

  • Duty If applicable

  • Customs fees If applicable

  • Freight and warehouse payments Upon request

Your clearance request is processed

Your agent will create your customs declaration and submit it directly to Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) via the newly implemented Automated System for Customs Data (ASYCUDA World).

RELEASE OF GOODS

Once your clearance has been confirmed by the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA), you will receive copies of your electronic Single Administrative Document (eSAD) and attach accompanying documents such as the invoice, bill of lading/waybill (and tax exemption letter/ CG when applicable). Your goods are released and ready for final destination.

Payment of Brokerage Fee
